ODEN – It’s the season!

Please ask your server about our Oden! It’s Shoya’s seasonal menu – Winter only! Oden (おでん) is a type of nabemono (Japanese one-pot dishes), consisting of several ingredients such as boiled eggs, daikon, konnyaku, and processed fish-cakes stewed in a light, soy-flavored dashi broth.
